Burnham's Warranty

Burnham provides a limited one-year warranty on residential boilers as well as a limited lifetime warranty on heat exchangers. The commercial boilers have a one-year limited warranty on the boilers and a ten-year limited warranty on the cast iron components. All warranties are for the original owner and the original place of installation only.
